TO PROVIDE A SERVICE TO THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO OWN A LABRADOR RETRIEVER OR ANY DOG OF PREDOMINANTLY LABRADOR RETRIEVER ORIGIN OR TYPE (COLLECTIVELY KNOWN HEREIN AS LABRADOR RETRIEVER OR REFERRED TO AS A DOG OR DOGS)2.  TO RECOVER REHABILITATE WHERE NECESSARY AND RE-HOME ANY LABRADOR RETRIEVER WHICH HAS BEEN ILL TREATED, NEGLECTED OR IS UNWANTED FOR WHATEVER REASON IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE, SEX OR HEALTH OF THE DOG AND TO DO ALL THAT IS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THE WELFARE OF SUCH DOGS REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
