To Preserve And Display And To Restore, Use And Maintain The Artefact Comprising The Trust Property Being A Petrol Electric Bogie Railcar Built By The Former North Eastern Railway Company In 1902 And To Use And Display The Same To Advance The Education Of The Public At Yorkshire Dales Railway Museum Trust Or Any Successor Body To The Same At Embsay, Skipton, North Yorkshire Or At Other Suitable Locations Subject To Such Locations Being In The Opinion Of The Trustees Suitable For Use And Or Display Of The Property.2. To Use The Property To Promote Public Knowledge Appreciation And Understanding Of The Historical, Educational, Scientific And Cultural Aspects Of The Trust Property With Particular Regard To The Age Of The Artefact And Its Historical Significance For The Benefit Of The Public.
