**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES FOR A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF MYDROILYN AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Village hall was renovated in 2006/7, so income includes grants and large VAT returns which were transferred to a building account. Income for village hall is generally generated by the local activities, Y.F.C., W.I, a Yoga Class, Tai Chi class and Bowling club and the a small income generated by occaisional lettings.  Normal income for a year would not exceed -ú10,000.
