THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY TRAINING IN THE RESPONSE TO CARDIO VASCULAR EMERGENCY.

**Activities:** The relief of sickness of persons residing in Cockermouth and surrounding villages, herein after to be called the area of benefit, in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by responding to suspected heart attack patients and assisting by means of advisory defibrillation.The advancement of education by training in the response to cardio vascular emergency.
