**Objects:** 1) TO MAINTAIN AND ADMINISTER THE MENHENIOT OLD SCHOOL BUILDING AS A COMMUNITY  HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MENHENIOT AND NEIGHBOURING PARISHES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHYSICAL MORAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT AND WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.2) TO USE THE ASSETS OF THE TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE PARISH OF MENHENIOT.

**Activities:** Menheniot Old School is a public building available to hire by anyone in the community (over the age of 21).  Trustees maintain the Old School building using the income from hire, plus grants from various bodies.  The committee runs the day to day business of the building and welcome many diverse groups into the facility.
