ASAP works to reduce destitution of asylum seekers in the UK by defending their legal rights to food and shelter. We combine free legal representation, second-tier advice and training on asylum support law and policy work to ensure that asylum seekers are able to access the housing and welfare support they are legally entitled to.

Objects: 1. The Relief Of Poverty, Suffering And Distress Among Individuals Seeking Asylum And Support In The United Kingdom And In Particular, But Not Limited To, The Provision Of Legal Advice And Representation And Other Assistance;2. The Advancement Of Education Through The Provision Of Training To Persons To Enable Them To Give Legal Advice And Representation And Other Assistance To The Individuals Referred To In Clause 2.1; And3. The Promotion Of Such Other Purposes Being Exclusively Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine.
