OBJEcnvES AND RATEGIc AMTE5 FOR THE BENEFIT The objects of the charity are set below: To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the United Kingdom as well as the rest of the world without distinction of sex, or of political, religious or other opinions by associating with the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and training and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objects of improving the quality of life for the said inhabitants and also by relieving poverty and preseNe and project good health where necessary to secure the establishment of the community centre and to maintain and manage or to corporate with the statutory organisations, agencies and trusts in the maintenance of our present centre for activities promoted by Bismillah Aid, in furtheran of the above objectives. To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the public as the trustees in their absolute discretion think ffit. British Imam Course From giving our names when we are bwn. to saying the final rights over our bodies at our Janazah Ifunerall, our I mams are an essential part of every milestone of our live5. As the leader of the community, he is not only tasked with leading the 5 daily prayers, but is responsible for introducing our children to Islam, advising our youth about lrfe's major decisions, patching up broken marriages. feeding the hungryi guiding the sinner to find absolution, giving hope to the hopeles5: all with the aim of reconnecting everyone back to their Lord. This course helped build up confidence and develop young imams speaking d(ills so that they may stand forward in front of the community and spread the word of Islam. They now understand the role of leadership that an imam holds whilst also remembering the knowledge of religious societal, and British values. Additionally, Bismillah aid hosted master classes several qualified teachers with renown names to deliver master classes some of which we them teath the importance of zakat Icharityl, sarf Imorphologyl, Nahv Isyntaxl, Arabic Language, Mantiq ILogic}, Islamic Laws, Life of the propheL This year, we continue to thrive on the different ways of how we can fijrther develop our young imams as well as the newcomers joinirw the course. We continue to have meetings on our progression. Through observing the hard work put in by Bismillah Aid, we can proudly says the British Imam Course has been a success in the past years, and we continue to thrive to make it the best. As we have received strong support from the community as well as the previous imams themsetves bv sharing their experiences whilst in the role.
Ramadhan Food Pack4es Ramadan is a holy month that comes around one year. It is a month of giving and showirvd gratitude where Muslims voluntarily abstain from food during the sacred month of Ramadan. Our mi55iofb and aim of this project was to serve meals to a variety of local individuals of various cultures, faiths, and backgrounds. It was with the purposefrjl aim of equality and serving individuals within and outside of the Islamic faith. In an effort to share and assist the I81 people of the community, Bismillah Aid once again prepared food packages during breaking fast. Peace Conference As the name Suggests, the peace conference wa5 held to promote that Islam is a religion of love and peace. It Is important that we continue to host this conference as a reminder about what Islam is and what is the purpose of a Muslim in this world. With great success in the previous year and several positive feedback from the communty in 2024 we decided to host the peace conference to help promote the true message of Islam. Many attendees were present from youth, teenagers, adults and elderly amongst different cultures, races and religions were present. It is important to promote Islam as a versatile religion and to openly incorporate other cultures and backgrounds to create a cohesive community. pea conference con515ted of various naats being recited, Quranic words from the holy Quran Itilawatl as well as Islamic talks by a variety of scholars. In the end. food was distributed alongside Qawalli. Jamia Al Karam The team at Bismillah Aid decided to further their efforts in providing Islamic knowledge for the future generation through Islamic sponsorship and imam training provided at the esteem Jamia Al- Karam. Through these educational initiatives, Bismillah Aid alongside Jamia Al Karam will produ positive results for the British mU1m community. Bi5millah Aid strives to acquire unique place in the hearts and minds of the Britlsh Muslim and numerous communities throughout the country. Qurbani Project Qurfan is not only a religious duty on Muslims ordained by Allah and practiced by Prophet Muhammad Ipeace be upon him) and his companions, but it is also a wonderful opportunity for Muslims to help their fellow human5 who are suffering from abject poverty around the world. We would like to thank all the generous donors of Bismillah Aid for placing their trust in us to implement their Qurbani this year. We were able to able to cary out the qurbani project through Quba Trust. As a result, just like every year, we were able to feed thousands of vulnerable families around the world on this blessed occasion. Briing happiness and smiles to the faces of widows, struggling to raise their children, old. aged people wtth disabilities facing hunger and children affected by disasters and wars. We pray Allah rewards you abundantly for your generous donations.
