**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, PROVIDE FOR AND ENCOURAGE THE BENEFITS OF THE INHABITANTS OF BIRMINGHAM PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE INHABITANTS FROM THE BANGLADESHI COMMUNITY, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** Bangladesh Community Development (BCD) supports the Bangladeshi community in Birmingham by running projects that offer educational and social support to parents, young people and children of all ages. The courses run by BCD provide people with the necessary life skills to help build confidence, self esteem and to integrate them back into society enabling them to progress in all areas of life.
