TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AMONGST THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF:(A)  FACILITIES FOR EXERCISE AND PHYSICAL TRAINING;(B)  EDUCATION AND TRAINING UPON MATTERS RELATING TO HEALTH AND PHYSICAL FITNESS;(C)  THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY SPORTS AND RECREATIONS. 2.  THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS. 3.  ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The group meets twice a week and members take part in health and fitness sessions held by qualified tutors.Our members range from 17- 85years of age.
