**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HARROW, MIDDLESEX AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** PROVIDE YOUTH CLUB AND OLDER PEOPLE CLUB ACTIVITIES.London Borough of Harrow & the surrounding arears, but will be move to area where the hall hire is not so expensive and have storage room, as the Council has with the delays in repairing the hall cost the Project a potential -ú3000 grant.The Council asked the Project to move out all stored activies equipment from the hall. l
