REPTON CASUALS FOOTBALL CLUB TRUSTEES REPORT The Trustees present their report with the financial statements of the st charitable organisation for the year ended 31 May 2024. RESULTS The results of the organisation are set out on page 5 to these financial statements. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY The organisation and promotion of football activities for the young. TRUSTEES The Trustees during the period under review were Mr R J Errington Mr D R Jacobs Mr K Hanson Mr B Allsopp REGISTERED STATUS The Organisation was registered as a charity with the Charities Commission on the 2. REPTON CASUALS FOOTBALL CLUB TRUSTEES REPORT CONTINUED SUMMARY OF OBJECTIVES The promotion of community participation in health recreation, by provision of facilities for the playing of association football. SUMMARY OF MAIN ACTIVITIES Provide coaching, kit, equipment and facilities for club members. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Fonn and maintain 7 x junior I l a side teams 7 x junior mini-soccer tearns Conduct weekly "Soccer School" sessions for children, aged 4-7 years. Junior managers have all taken and passed their level I coaching course. All assistants have been CRB checked. The club has retained FA charter standard status. Page 3
REPTON CASUALS FOOTBALL CLUB INDEPEIYDENf EXAMINERS REPORT I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Trust for the year ended si 31 May 2024, which are set out on pages 5 to 7. Responsibilities and basis of report As the Charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparntion of the accounts: in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'The Act,). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 201 l Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirn] that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect". l. Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of th¢ Act. or 2. The accounts do not accord with those records. or 3. The accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements conceming the forn] and contents of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008, other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view,, which is not a matter considcrcd as part of an independent examination. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached. li 03.ZJZg- Page 4

ACCOUNTING POLICIES The financial statements are prepared on a receipts and payments basis under the historic cost convention. 2. FIXED ASSETS AND STOCK The charitable organisation does carry certain assets but these have been written off in the year of acquisition, and some have been subsidised by the Football Foundation. The main items are containers with associated foundation works, Tractor, mower, roller, goal posts and line markers with an approximate original net cost of £30,000. 3. TAXATION The charitable organisation does not trade and the trustees do not consider that there is any liability for corporation tax. Any income tax that may become recoverable on charitable covenants is only accounted for on a receipts basis. Page 7
