**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE IN AND AROUND NEATH PORT TALBOT COUNTY BOROUGH AND THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE ARE OF BENEFIT")

**Activities:** Provide free community based services that facilitate social inclusion, while promoting a healthy and active retirement for local older people. Activities include information and advice through our telephone helpline, local information points, website, events and talks, through to participation in our healthy lifestyle clubs, befriending groups and on-going welfare benefits and advocacy casework.
