public benefit|**During this year the trustees have been guided by the**
**Charity Commission’s advice on public benefit. We**
**actively invite feedback and comments from every**
**person taking part in any of our activities to find out what**
**difference it has made to their lives. These reports are**
**carefully considered by the trustees to ensure all we do**
**is for the public benefit.**|
|Contribution made by
volunteers|**We have more than two dozen volunteers who are ably**
**supported by our core leadership team. Though one**
**person in this core team passed away in early 2025,**
**someone else quickly stepped in to ensure no disruption.**
**These volunteers work across our various activities and**
**the trustees wish to thank them for their invaluable work**
**to progress the aims of the charity.**|

as a whole.|**Investments have been made as we pursue excellence in**
**how we present and run the charity. This has included**
**keeping up to date with new technology and software to**
**maintain the security and smooth-running of our systems**
**across our various activities.**
**Our regular online meetings covering varying topics from**
**experts in their field have proved a success and we are**
**excited to see how these are impacting lives. Our**
**‘hangout’ meetings online have proved popular for those**
**who simply want to chat and connect with each other.**
**These meetings, plus our Whatsapp groups, all combine**
**to help combat the sense of loneliness and isolation, as**
**well as help discover new, and develop existing, life**
**skills.**
**We have supported those who want to explore their**
**creativity. One person wrote a book for the first time. We**
**produced a series of inspirational videos of the story of**
**how one person in our community unexpectedly**
**discovered her passion for ‘prophetic’ art. This series on**
**social media with the accompanying booklet has**
**impacted many. It was especially poignant for us as she**
**had been diagnosed with a terminal illness and yet she**
**managed to have enough energy to be filmed in her home**
**for this series.Others have branched out into varied creative**
**ventures which have brought them a fresh lease of life.**|

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act **or**
- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
