The charity shall operate in Tegucigalpa, Honduras Central America. Its main purpose is to provide a home for orphaned, abandoned children and the semblance of a family life.
Objects: To Provide A Home And Refuge For And To Educate, Rehabilitate And Provide Relief From Poverty For Children Up To The Age Of 16 Years Old In Honduras, Central America Who Are Orphaned, Disabled, Abandoned By Their Families, Homeless, Physically Or Sexually Abused Or Who Have Been Used As Child Labour Or Otherwise Victimised Or Abused And To Educate Others About The Plight Of Such Children.
