**Objects:** (I)  TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF THE NYIKA NATIONAL PARK AND VWAZA MARSH WILDLIFE RESERVE IN MALAWI, SOUTHERN AFRICA; AND(II)  THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN NATURE CONSERVATION GENERALLY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF THE NYIKA NATIONAL PARK AND VWAZA MARSH WILDLIFE RESERVE IN MALAWI, SOUTHERN AFRICA.

**Activities:** The charity promotes conservation of the environment of the Nyika National Park and the Vwaza Marsh Wildlife Reserve through an education programme in schools and communities in the areas and research activities.  Promotion is through newsletters, talks, the website (www.nyika-vwaza-trust.org) and fund raising events in the UK. These activities also help to promote tourism to Malawi.
