TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT 2024-2025

I write on behalf of the Trustees of the Association.

I would confirm that the Trustees meet on a bi-monthly basis and that their management of the Association complies with their obligations under the amended Charities Act 2006.

The Annual accounts for 2024-2025 have been examined and all questions raised have been answered satisfactorily and our Auditor has confirmed that he is happy to audit our books for the next financial year.

The increase in wages is due to the new service we offer, Home Farm Community Services.

This is a twice weekly day care session for those in the community and surrounding areas to come for company and socialization in a caring environment. Most of our clients have dementia.

There has been a slight increase in repairs and renewals due to the upgrade of our disabled facilities
