I would confirm that the Trustees meet on a bi-monthly basis and that their management of the Association complies with their obligations under the amended Charities Act 2006. The Annual accounts for 2023-2024 have been examined and all questions raised have been answered satisfactorily and our Auditor has confirmed that he is happy to audit our books for the next financial year. The increase in income has been possible due to the raised profits of our onsite Pre-school. There has been a decrease in expenditure for repairs and renewals as we are mindful of the increase in all utility services for the site. Our future plans had to be put on hold, which included further renovation to our storage sheds, the roof of which had been renewed with skylights in situ. Further structural work was also planned before refurbishment can take place and our dreams of a Community Café can be bought to fruition.
