Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Sturminster Newton And Its Environs By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Charitable Organisations, And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Public Education; To Relieve Unemployment For The Public Benefit In Such Ways As My Be Though Fit, Including Assistance To Find Employment; To Promote Good Health; To Develop The Capacity And Skills Of Members Of The Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Community Of Sturminster Newton In Such A Way That They Are Better Able To Identify And Help Meet Their Needs, And To Participate More Fully In Society; And To Provide Facilities For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare.
