Company Limited by Guarantee and Not having Share Capital
The trustee have pleasure in submitting their report for the period ended 30 November 2024
The company was incorporated on 15 November 2020

1) Activities – throughout the period, has been that to help and maintain healthy environment in India by way of assisting students in India and UK with grants to help people in further studies.

2) Donations – were received from the people living in UK

A total sum of £38,050 was received.

3) The directors throughout the period were:
Mr Mukhtar AHMED Mr Suleman Ebrahim MULLA;
Mr Abul Kadir RAWAT;
- 4) The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records of every transaction of receipts and expenditure, that it gives a true and fair view of the company with reasonable accuracy. The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the finance statements and as the company is exempt from an audit, it complies with the requirement of the special provisions of part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.

For the year ending 30 November 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibility for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and for the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
