Company Limited by Guarantee and Not having Share Capital
The trustee have pleasure in submitting their report for the period ended 30
The company was incorporated on 15 November 2020
Activities – throughout the period, has been that to help and main environment in India by way of assisting students in India and UK help people in further studies.
Donations – were received from the people living in UK A total sum of £25,590 was received. The sum of £4,500 were sent to India.
The directors throughout the period were:
Mr Mukhtar AHMED Mr Suleman Ebrahim MULLA; Mr Abul Kadir RAWAT;
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting record transaction of receipts and expenditure, that it gives a true and fa company with reasonable accuracy. The trustees are responsible preparation of the finance statements and as the company is exe audit, it complies with the requirement of the special provisions o the Companies Act 2006.

For the year ending 30 November 2022 the company was entitled to exemption fro section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibility for complying with the requirements with respect to accounting records and for the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable t subject to the small companies regime.
