**Objects:** (A) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY THOSE PERSONS OF THE BANGLADESH AND SOUTH ASIAN DECENT ("THE BENEFICIARIES") IN SUFFOLK ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") SUCH FACILITIES SHALL INCLUDE CHILDREN'S GROUP AND OTHER RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION.(B) TO RELIEVE BENEFICIARIES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, TRANSLATION SERVICES FOR THOSE IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE.(C) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE BENEFICIARIES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF BENGALI CLASSES, ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE AND FOR THE BENEFICIARIES WHOSE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS IS NOT COMMENSURATE WITH THEIR ABILITIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING SCHEMES(D) TO ESTABLISH, OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PREMISE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CENTRE") AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME, (WHETHER ALONE, OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSONS OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.
