**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEWLYN, PAUL AND MOUSEHOLE (WHO ARE IN NEED DUE TO THEIR IMMATURITY, DEPENDENCY AND VULNERABILITY), THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION; IMPROVE THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH; AND FOR THEIR RECREATION AND/OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.

**Activities:** To promote for the benefit of children and young people in Newlyn, Paul and Mousehole, in the interests of social welfare, the provision of facilities which further their education, improve their physical and mental health and provide for their recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving their condition of life.
