IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES BY WAY OF A COMMUNITY ARTS BUILDING AND TO MAINTAIN ITS USE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF SUSSEX AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE FURTHERANCE AND PROMOTION OF AMATEUR THEATRE, EDUCATIONAL DRAMA AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PERFORMING ARTS.  SUCH BUILDING IS TO BE USED FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958.

**Activities:** Supports and helps fund inclusion in the performing arts for all children and young adults regardless of any learning difficulty, mobility or social need in the short term.
