3. Trustee Report:
The Village Hall AGM was chaired by Trustee Mr Blakeman, the hall committee and various Villagers were present at the meeting which took place in the hall commencing at 7.00pm.
The Trustees recorded that they were satisfied with the upkeep and running of the Village Hall by the committee and that the hall usage had been fully in keeping with the aims and objects of the trust deed. (Albeit usage had been severely limited due to the Covid 19 Pandemic).
The Trustees were also satisfied that the financial arrangements had been properly controlled and that the accounts had been vetted by a suitably qualified person.
4. Post AGM Note
It is with sadness the Trustees have to report the death of Mr C Harvey who had served as a Trustee for many years, a replacement Mrs C Bishop of Laverton has been asked to take up the vacant position.
