- The organisation of activities that will strengthen and develop the links between all members of our School community.

- Provision of social activities for both children and adults that fulfill the dual purpose of fund raising and providing enjoyment.

- Help in the provision of educational resources that the School feels benefit the pupils.

## **Achievements**

What a busy and successful year it has been for the PTA. The continued efforts of our school community have resulted in healthy fundraising, generous donations and a continuation a variety of grants awarded to us.

Our fundraising efforts included regular cake sales, school discos and ice cream sales in the summer. We continued to use the ‘Bags2school’ initiative and also made use of ‘Match Funding’ from local companies. We run some craft events for parents, trialled a ‘Bonus Ball’ scheme and run a very popular ‘Wonka’ chocolate event. Our Summer and Christmas Fayres also generated a healthy income.

We were able to continue offerings to the school of a summer production, Christmas pantomime, and welcomed the return of ‘The Kitchen Club’ and ‘Beanology’. ‘Bloodhound’ provided the school with engineering and science demonstrations whilst ‘Athetes in Schools’ provided PE lessons with a difference.

Forest school equipment was provided to support our newly qualified Forest School Leaders and regular sessions were provided to the whole school.

A full programme of events and activities is planned for 2025-2026.
