**Objects:** IN YORKSHIRE, HUMBERSIDE AND LINCOLNSHIRE   1.  THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF EXMOOR PONIES AND TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THEIR BREEDING   2.  TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY PROMOTING BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY IN PARTICULAR BY GRAZING HEATH, FEN AND GRASSLANDS WITH EXMOOR PONIES.

**Activities:** 1. Provides environmentally beneficial grazing on conservation sites using Exmoor ponies. 2. Contributes towards and encourages the conservation and breeding of Exmoor ponies. 3. Encourages local communities to become involved in the management of conservation sites grazed by Exmoor ponies.
