finances provided by Stepping Stones
Ministries has been blessed to impact :-
In Ranaghat West Bengal, caring for the
lives and wellbeing of 22 boys and 27 girls.
(during the year, SSI facilitated the return of
2 girls to their guardians following a change
in circumstances),through provision of care,
accommodation, medication, food, clothing,
education, physical exercise, additional out
of school tuition and guidance and advice
from staff and teachers.
In all 18 local people have been employed
in the work of the children’s’ homes
(including 2 new employees) and 6
Teachers were contracted to provide
additional tuition. Staff include 8 widows.
4 Bethany girls are still working towards
nurse’s training when they finish year 12.
1 girl successfully completed year 10.
35 villages and about 5000 people received
food parcel, blankets and other help

journals to a nominal code named ‘Buffer’.
During this financial year the majority of
these reserves were transferred to India. At
the end of 2022/2023 there was £8 in the
buffer account. It is agreed that this buffer
