|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|In the year April 2020 – April 5th 2021 the<br>finances provided by Stepping Stones<br>Ministries  has been blessed to impact :-<br>In Ranaghat West Bengal, The lives and<br>well being of 22 boys and 28 girls. Through<br>provision of care, accommodation,<br>medication, food, clothing, education,<br>physical exercise, additional out of school<br>tuition and guidance and advice from staff<br>and teachers.<br>1 Alumni boy became an Outreach worker<br>employed by SSI.  He also became a father<br>in this time.<br>8 boys were helped to return to families<br>whose situations had improved.<br>2 girls were helped to return to their family<br>as their situation has improved.<br>In all 16 local people have been employed<br>in the work of the children’s’ homes and 6<br>Teachers were contracted to provide<br>additional tuition. Staff include 8 widows.<br>1 further local person has been employed<br>for work in the local community|





2 boys completed their final year achieving grade 1 and returned to their families. 1 of these boys later applied for and began a further education course 1 girl was given hospital care with a female issue and has recovered well. All staff and children were kept safe and well during the Covid outbreak.  Following guidelines in all areas including teacher visits.  All children have been able to maintain their school education to a high level. 1 further Alumni boy requested and received financial support for 22 families in his area to receive food parcels and other necessities during the Covid outbreak. Food parcels were distributed on 10 + occasions in 4 different regions assisting over 250 families.  Including partnership with another local organisation Roof was replaced after cyclone destruction.

## **Financial Review**
