**Objects:** The objects of the Company shall be to alleviate the sickness, distress and suffering of refugees, asylum seekers and other displaced persons in the United Kingdom and particularly in the Yorkshire and Humber region (“the area of benefit”), in particular those suffering from mental health problems or emotional difficulties, by providing a range of services including but not limited to therapeutic interventions, advocacy, training and opportunities for social support with the object of improving the life of said persons.
