**Activities:** Our organisation was established to create avenues for increasing awareness on the rights and opportunities and to promote the integration of isolated African refugee who are Swahili-speaking with health problems problems in Newham into their new host society; provide food, warm space, advice and guidance on issues such as mental health, education, employment training and sports.
