- The advancement of education of the general public, in particular in the treatment of those suffering from Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) and related disorders, through the promotion and conduct of research and the publication and dissemination of all useful results of such research.

Section D Achievements and performance
During 2022-2023 we have continued education by organising two Summary of the main meetings per year one scientific and one clinical. The scientific meeting in achievements of the charity March and October both were hybrid meetings. during the year We have organised a basic education course.
We have continued to support trainees with travel awards to attend major conferences, so they have the opportunity to present their work.
In addition, we awarded the annual Hamblin prize and Catovsky prize, of £500 each.
The new executive members Dr Stella Williams, Prof. Francesco Forconi and Dr Satyen Gohil.
The current CLL Forum initiatives are:

Running a basic CLL course (annually in the summer)

A newsletter

Promotion of a vaccination booklet with CLLSA

Development of a guidance booklet for GPs.

Initiation of a surrogate Family & Friend buddy with Leukaemia Care: pilot launched

Promoting wellbeing for patients and healthcare professionals.

Collaboration with ERIC (European Research Initiative CLL)

Collection of Real World Data (RWD) on:

EPIC

IVIG survey/audit patient led

NCRAS/PHE- database of 17,000 patients.

Expanding travel eligibility for ALL scientists
