In Ilne wlth our reserve pollcy, the charliy has to hold free unrestricted funds not committed or Invested In
tangible fixed assets equiv816nt to between 3 and 8 months of its operating cost. Budgeted operaiing cost
expendtture for 202512819 £ 66,300 on a larget range of £16,1575 to £ 33,1BO. Our current free reserrfes
of £22,100 wlthln the taroet range of our reserve policy and a good safety net

The charlty plans to contlnue the ad1V￿leS outllned above In the forthcomlnG years subject to
satisfactory funding arrangements. The charliy wlll also contlnue to recrurt more volunteers {yOUDg and
old) and work towards empowerlng and developlng thelr capactty In order to en8ble them to support our
current staff and eventually take more responsibility within the org8nisalion. We are also almlng to move
many of our indoor activrti65 to a more spacious Family Hub with better accesslble f8cilrtles. This w511 help
us expand our support and reach more chlldren and mothers from pregnancy up to 12 y88rs old.
