**Objects:** (A) TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY AND THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF WOMEN, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED ANY LEGAL RESTRICTION ON THEIR LIBERTY IN ANY PENAL OR CORRECTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OR WHO HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH OR CONVICTED OF A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.(B) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT SUCH WOMEN(C) TO UNDERTAKE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECT

**Activities:** The charity aims to relieve the poverty and the physical and mental illness and distress of women, particularly those who have suffered any legal restriction to their liberty or who have been charged or convicted of a criminal offence.  Hibiscus Initiatives' undertakes welfare advice, advocacy, and international resettlement work with women in prison, detention and in the community.
