**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT MELBOURNE PARISH CHURCH IN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE BY PROMOTING THE RESTORATION, CONSERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH BUILDING AND OF THE OTHER MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS, AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH OR CHURCH YARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH BY   A)  FORMING A NETWORK OF PEOPLE TO SUPPORT THE WORK, ENHANCEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE FACILITIES   B)  ENCOURAGING CONNECTIONS BETWEEN MELBOURNE PARISH CHURCH AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY   C)  RAISING THE PROFILE OF THE CHURCH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY
