**Objects:** TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING BY:1. RELIEVING SERIOUSLY AND TERMINALLY ILL CHILDREN (AND THEIR FAMILIES OR CARERS) IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS;2. PROTECTING AND PRESERVING THEIR HEALTH; AND BY3. ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE WIDER PUBLIC IN THE NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS OF SERIOUSLY ILL AND TERMINALLY ILL CHILDREN (AND THAT OF THEIR FAMILIES OR CARERS).

**Activities:** We help seriously and terminally ill children through end of life wishes, support or other charitable requests.  We also offer support and help to families of underpriviledged children.
