**Objects:** 1) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE RURAL SHIPSTON COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 11-19 YEARS OF AGE, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND2) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH OF THE INHABITANTS, BY PROVISION OF ADVICE AND EDUCATION INTO THE DANGERS OF DRUG, ALCOHOL OR OTHER SUBSTANCE ADDICTION OR ABUSE.
