## **Governing Documents**
The charity's Governing documents is The Declaration of Trust Deed dated 3rd August 2003.
## **Objects of Charity**
- 1 The advancement of education in particular though not exclusively India.
- 2 The provision of health services to the handicapped, disabled, the sick and the age, in particular though not exclusively in India.
## **Trustee**
The trustees who served during the period were as follows.

There must be 4 trustees. Every future trustee shall be appointed by resolution of the trustees passed at special meeting called under Clause K of the Declaration of Trust Deed.
Further conditions in respect of the appointment of the Trustees are covered under Clause D of the Trust Deed.

## **INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT ON THE ACCOUNTS**
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (the Trust") for the year ended 31 December 2023, which are set out on page 3 to 4.
## **Responsibilities and basis of report**
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirement of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act");
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity of the Act.
## **Basis of independent examiner's report**
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and comparison if the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking of explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently, I do not express an audit opinion of the view given by the accounts.
## **Independent examiner's Statement**
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe tha in, any material respect:
a the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
b the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
c the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of account set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair' view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
