**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF A SCOUT CAMP (TO BE KNOWN AS BIBBYS FARM, HEATH CHARNOCK, LANCASHIRE) FOR THE BOLTON SCOUT TRUST.

**Activities:** to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local,national and international communities in particular but not exclusively by the establishment maintenance and management of a Scout Camp for the Bolton Scout Trust
