charity as set out in its governing
document
Para1.17 To demonstrate the work of the Holy Spirit
according to John chapter 14vs 12. We as a
church intend to preach the word of God to
mankind. (Mark 16v15-17). We believe in the

them with respect and dignity. We aim to
spread Gods message through Love; Peace
and Understanding, also in a spirit of Fun,
Friendship & Fellowship. Hence the ministry is
to reach the whole world preaching the truth
and giving an example of the works of the Holy
Spirit. We expect all our church members to be

to society as a whole.
Para1.20 In the past year, the United Apostolic Church and
Faith Healing Ministries have achieved significant
milestones, contributing to the well-being of our

managing church services in both London and the
Corby branches, we have extended our reach to
serve diverse congregations.

ensured the observance of all three annual
festivals—Passover, Pentecost, and the Festival of
Shelters—providing spiritual enrichment and
fostering a sense of community.
3.Successful Conferences:Our commitment to
nurturing spiritual growth was evident in the
successful execution of the Youth, Women's, and
Men's Conferences, providing platforms for
learning, fellowship, and empowerment.
4.Counseling Services: The ministry continues to
provide counseling services to its members, offering
support and guidance to those facing emotional or
spiritual challenges.
5.Fellowship and Prayer Support: We have
actively fostered a sense of community through
regular fellowship gatherings, providing prayers and
support for those in need, particularly for
individuals not feeling well.
These achievements collectively underscore the
positive impact of the United Apostolic Church and
Faith Healing Ministries on the lives of its
beneficiaries. Through our varied initiatives, we
have made a tangible difference in the
circumstances of individuals, offering spiritual

Achievements against objectives set Para1.41 The United Apostolic Church and Faith Healing
Ministries proudly highlight the following
achievements:
1.Alignment with Vision and Mission: As a
vibrant organization, our Church remains
steadfast in its alignment with the ministry's
vision, mission, and long-term goals.
2.Gospel Preaching: A core aspect of our
mission is the continued preaching of the
Gospel of the good news to all those willing to
receive the message freely.
3.Inclusive Church Services: Every Sunday,
our doors are open to everyone who wishes to
join our church services, welcoming all who
seek to hear the transformative message.
4.Community Support:Demonstrating our
commitment to compassion, we extend
assistance to our community members facing
emotional or physical challenges, as well as
providing support to families and couples in
need.
5.Successful Celebrations: The observance
of significant religious events, including
Passover from the 14th to the 21st of April,
Pentecost from the 7th to the 17th of June, and
the Festival of Shelters from the 14th to the
21st of October, were all celebrated with great
success.
6.Conference Success: The successful
execution of various conferences underscores
our dedication to nurturing spiritual growth.
Noteworthy conferences include the Youth
Conference in the last week of February, the
Women's Conference in the last week of July,
and the Men's Conference in the last week of
August.
These achievements reflect the ongoing
commitment of the United Apostolic Church
and Faith Healing Ministries to serving the
spiritual and practical needs of our community
while fostering a sense of unity and purpose.
Performance of fundraising activities
against objectives set
Para1.41 Our audacity and unwavering tenacity have
yielded remarkable results in the current
financial year. We successfully raised an
impressive amount of £41,054 dedicated to the
mortgage deposit. These funds have been
prudently allocated to a separate account, now
designated as restricted funds.

UNITED APOSTOLIC CHURCH AND FAITH HEALING MINISTRIES Independent Examiners Report to the Trustees For the year ended 31 March 2023

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2023.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act').

I report in respect of my examination of the charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent examiners statement

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

  1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Charity as required by section 130 of the 2011 Act; or

  2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or

  3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view' which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
