March **2012** **TAR** 3 Information Classification: PUBLIC ## Section D Achievements and performance **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** Key activities over the last 12 months have focused on bringing together a project to raise funds to commission professionals to produce a Conservation Management Plan, which will set out a detailed future work programme to better conserve and manage the Oratory and medieval church, while boosting its promotion to the local area, Cornwall and the wider World. The annual procession on St Piran’s Day was also held.
