Trustees Meeting – 8 December 2021 

Present Rod Sayers, James Mackay, Ian Strickland and, Sean Larkin 

The meeting started with a time of prayer 

## Expenditure 

Rod Sayers ran through the recent expenditure by the Trust in the light of the previously agreed list of priorities including- 

Open Doors - £1,000 

Food Bank - £1,000 

Society for the Protection of the Unborn Children - £1,000 

The relevant donations had been made. 

## Covid 19 

The Church had a full risk assessment completed and has complied with guidance from the Government and the Catholic Church/Church of England during the pandemic. The guidance was to be reviewed and updated in January 2022. 

## Financial Position 

The latest bank balances showed total amounts available in the various accounts to be £67,133.08 

## Accounts for year ended 30 June 2021 

The accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021 were reviewed and approved. They would be presented to the Church shortly and then submitted to the charity commission. 

## Future 

It was noted that international ministry trips would take place as soon as Covid restrictions and diaries allowed. The first trip would be to Romania and then Sean planned to visit the USA. 

Further discussions were held around succession planning

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of
Lakeside Christian Fellowship Trust (the Trust) for the year
ended 30 June 2021.

ort
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of
the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried
out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my
examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters
have come to my attention in connection with the examination
giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as
required by section 130 of the Act" or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or
3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any
requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view which is not
a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no COn￿rnS and have come across no other matters in
connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn
in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
