TTUStees' report Year lo 31 December 2025 There is an active partnership in plac&, running aclivilies outside the arts and with respect lo arts projects, between Genesis America IUKI Ltd, and the Genesis Foundation. Genesis America IUKI is the grant making arm of the partnership whilst the Genesis FoLJndation operates the Foundation's offi￿, makes some smaller grants to organisations and organises events to promote the work and achievement ol the young artlStic talent nurtured and developed by the Foundation. In the year ended 31 De￿mber 2023, the activities of the Genesis Foundation partnershlp fell into four broad categories.. 1. Arts programmes 2. Training 3. Commlssions 4. Since the year end. further donations have been received from Johri Sludzinski and other friends of the charity, providing support lo the charily's ongoing activities and future financial position.
