The annual conference was 'Refuge, With Dignity, and had a very high level of
involvement and support from the Members. It was very well received by them and by
professional colleagues attending from voluntary and statutory bodies. Relationships built
up In the earller 'Asylum Welcome. programme with GLA fed into this plus smaller pleces
of ongoing tralnlng. REAP contlnued to be Involved Sn varlous GLA debate and committee
fora enabling us to feed directly from Members, experiences into high level London actions
and policy

We were in a de￿nt posltlon from the start of this Ilnancial year- having sufficlent funds
at the start to cover coro costs for the who16 year, so y￿ could continue to respond to
needs and opportunltles qulckly. Thls was despite havlng a substantial total of payments
stlll outstanding from NHS provlders. During the year a slgnlflcant number of very
generous donations were made by individuals and Eocal Methodist churches. plus useful
unrestricted income for training for interpreters and professlonals. The sm811 monthly
donatlons of £2 or £5 or so that REAP Members and friends make to REAP Indlvidually
remaln amongst the most Important the organisatlon h88. Funds for work to be done
largely Sn FY 25126 were recelved at the end of the FY.
The18rgest proporlion of expendlture was on salarles. with lower costs on face to face
activities. We maintalned our principle of never paying below the London Living Wage
and always pay5ng annual leave allowances. Our reseples wera adequate and met our
mlnimum requlrements at the and of the financlal year.

At the AGM in 2024 two new trustees were appointed. The AGM was held online, in
Dacember.
Tho Company Secretary remalned the same throughout the year.
