Leatherhead Revival Tnjsl is a company limited by guarantee governed by its Memorandum and Articles of
Association dated 10 March 2004. It is regisiered &8 a charity with the Cl￿rity Commission. The trustees are the
members each of whom agrees to conthTrrtrte such amoum as May be required (ll￿ exceeding £10) in the event of
the chority winding up.
Appoinlment of trustees
