*[1 ] Due to BNY Mellon discontinuing the investment as the invested funds no longer met the minimum investment requirement, the balance was paid to the SJPT bank account. The Trust will then decide on how best to invest this in future at the next meeting of the trustees. 

*2 Repairs included Flat 1 and Flat 2, in addition to the purchase of new entrance doors for the Sunday School rooms. 

*3 Includes £2389 of solicitors fees in relation to serving a Section 21 notice to a previous tenant. 

*4 £8000 donated to St Just Parish Trust towards funding a replacement boiler for the church
