Tenerlfe Famlly Church (TFC) contlnued
to offer splrltual and practlcal support to
all nationalltles, both residents and
visitors to Tenerife, seeking to advance
the Christian Faith in practical ways
through actlons whlch attempt to brlng
rellef to petsons in condltlons of need
or hardship. Addressing both Splrltual &
Material hardships exacerbated by fear
of the future and the lack of
employment, a8 a re8uIt of the aftemiath
of Covld-19.
Specifically Chrlstian splrltual support
through regular Ilve and pre-recorded
servlces, Christlan Bibllcal Words of
support, and encouragement through
events on local radio and YouTube. A
Christmas Carol Service was held
havlng been widely advertised.
The annual Harvest Festlval was held In
the largest English speaking school In
Tenerlfe and food donated by parents
was distributed to those in need.
The facilities of funeral services,
conducted on a purely voluntary
payment basis continued throughout
the year, as did the support for the
bereaved familles.
Material sUPPOrt of wider local society in
serlous need through provision of food
and other essential items, mainly
donated by church attendees and from
the Harvest Festival. Additional weekly

TFC Charlty was pleased during the year
to provide financial support to the
Spanish Church Organisation. wlth
God's help, for the purchase of its own
building. As a consequence TFC posted
a loss of £54,346 over the period but still
maintained a closing balance of
£101,903. Thls we see as being down to
God's Grace and Favour on HIS Global
Church.

The trustees of Tenerife Family Church for the purpose of company law, are responsible for preparin9 the Trustees
Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards
(United Kingdom Gènérally Accepted A￿oUntIng Practscel.
Company Law requir85 thè trustees to prepare financi81 statsments for each financial year which give 8 true and fair
view of th8 Stale of affaits of the charity and of the incoming resources and 8pplicats.on of resourcys, inclL¢ding Ihe
income and expenditure, of the charitable Company for that year.
In prepanng these financial statèm8nts, the trustees ar8 rèquired to..
- selèct 8Uitabl8 accounting policies and then apply them consigtently.,
- observe the m8thods and principles in the Charities SORP.,
- make judgements and ests'mates that are reasonable and prudent,. and
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate lo presume that Ihe charity
will continue in operation.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Ten8rif8 Family Church
(the charity) for the year ended 31 st December 2024.

As the trustees of the ¢harity you are responsible for lh8 preparation of lh8 financial statem8nts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Acl 2011 (the 2011 Act).
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's financial statements carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(51(bl of the 2011 Act.
Indepondont oxamlner's statemont
Your attention is drawn to the fact that the charity has prepared financial statements in accordance with
Accounting and R8porting by Charilies preparing their accounls in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 1021 in preference to the
Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statemenl of Recommended Practice issued on 1 April 2005 which is
referred to in the extant regulalions but has now been withdrawn.
understand that this has been done in order for financial statements to provide a true and fair view
in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practice effective for reporting periods beginning on or after 1
January 2015.
I have completed my examination. I confimi thal no matters have come lo my attention in connection wlth the
examination giving me cause to believe that In any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in respe¢t of the charily as required by section 130 of the 2011 Act; or
the financial statements do not accord with those records., or
the financial statemenls do nol comply with the applicable requirements conrRming the form and content of
accounts sel out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the
accounts give a Irue and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the financial
statements to be reached.
