## **Note1.   Subscriptions** 

Subscriptions are due on an annual basis and are accounted for when they are received. 

## **Note 2.   Gift Aid** 

As a charity the organisation is entitled to reclaim tax on subscriptions that have been subject to a Gift Aid declaration by the subscriber.  Gift Aid is accounted for when the tax refund is received.
