The Trustees meet monthty on the the secofKI Tueglay of every rnonth. and attend irKI(*y winter
rneetyngs or ou[d￿r summer trips on the fourth Tvexlay d every month.

Running Aims
We Intend to continue wth our prTrjrdM￿￿ of Heritage and Mu*um work and wll alg) a￿tinue to attend
and support a riumber of cuttvral events. In past these have I￿uded Heritage Open Day5, L(K31 Historical
Societi￿, Char￿.e5 and LI￿1 Cornmunity Fairs. We intend to expand on this over the coming years.

As has been the case for s￿Me years now we <rJntTrnue to search for our premises to enab￿ us to

In the rtwntime the premises we ujrrently cKcupy has tten wnrficantty ethnced In re￿nt times and this
has Lten ￿pplemented by the use of hospitslity vehKk RO￿￿35ter RM2530 for wgtCKS.
Future Oevelopmerts
There are a nutnber of vehide5 that are being repainted and mechanically impioved and the team who
undertake thi5 work will continue in their erKJeavour5. In add￿On we will tonbnue to foster dose link5 with
organisations gmilar to OLir own and to assist and share technKal and (ther knowkdge with these organisation5.

whilst our outgoings and commitment5 rernained muth the same.
Our Events were able to ie(x)Mrnen￿ after long discU￿onS the subrnis5ion of a lol of a¢Jdit*onal papeTWOtk
to Ihe Events Departments of the various Local Auth(Mrties wthin our region This Induded heightened
Health and Safety wuirements due to Cov5d and profe&%ional Risk Assessments that required an extensive
input of training to gain the nece55ary qualifications

of TLC.

It has also had new rear suspension. shock abs(fv. spnng5, shathe pins and bushes. plus Epair
work to the cab and olslf wing area.

We Continue our never-ending seatth for 5Uitabie premises for [naintenan￿. Stora￿ and displawng of our
laarge ffeet of buses.
