As the charty's trustees of the Company (who are also the direclors of the
company for the purposes of company law}. you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the

Having satisfied ryself that the a¢¢ounts of the Company are not required
to be audiled for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for
independent examinati¢Jn. I report in ￿pect of my examination of your
charity's accnunts as carried out under section 145 of the Charrties Ad 2011
I"Ihe 2011 Act"). In carrying out ry examination. I have followed the

2021 started viith the third national COVID-
19 lockdown and Trinity successfully
navigated the changing constraints of the
pandemic, establishing a healthy online
presen￿. and focusing on meeting in
person as restrith'ons Itfted. By December,
Sunday church attendance was not quite at
pre-pandemic levels but was very healthy
compared to many churches who found thal
post pandemic congregations had
considerably decreased in size.

local community and became one of the
primary Third Sector providers of volunteer
based social care. The Foodbank
continued to see client numbers surge,
Colindale Community Garden grew in
numbers of community groups engag1￿ with
the project, Baby Basics continued its
partnership with NHS midwives and gave out
record numbers of Baby packs and the CAP
centre dealt wtth increasingly complex cases
of debt. Trinity Church partnered with
Barnet Council to administer and distribute
emergency Winter Fuel grants to the most
need

Trinity Continued to negotiate with Bamet
council about the future of the site on Avion
Crescent and remains confident that we will
be able to secure an advantageous outcome
for the long term provision of a church and
community centre on the site.
Trinity Church led and developed a small
group Catalyst l Nthontiers churches for
mutual support and encouragement whi¢h
ensures that the church continues to tun on
New Testament and apostolic foundations.

income over expenditure. Income
