We communlcated identified fraud risks throughout the audlt team and remained alert to any indications of fraud throughout the audit
As required by auditing standards, taking Into account posslble pressures to meet profit targets, we perform procedures to address risks of
management overlde of controls and the rlsk of fraudulent revenue recognition, includlng.. the risk that revenue is recorded in the wrong
period and the risk that management may be In a position to make inappropriate accountlng entries,
We dld not Identlfy any addltlonal fraud risks,
We identified arear5 of law5 and regulatlons that could ieasonably be expected to have a materlal effect on the financlal statements from
our general commercial and sector experience and through discusslon wlth Trustees and management las requlred by auditing standards)
and discussed with Trustees and management the policles and procedures regarding compllance wlth laws and regulatlon5.

(including related companie5 legislation), distrlbutable proflts leglslatlon and taxatlon legislatlon and we assessed the extent of compllance

Secondly, the company15 subject to many other law5 and re&ulatlons where the consequences of non tompllance have a materlal effect or
the amounts or dlsclosures In the flnanclal statements, for Instance through the1mposltion of fines or Iltagatlon. We Identified the
followlng areas a5 those most likely to have such effect.. health and 5afetVi antl-brlljery, general data protectlon, employment law, and

correspondence, If any. Therefore, if a breach of operatlonal regulatlons Is not dlsclosed to us or evldent from relevant correspondence, an
audlt wlll not detect that breach.
Context of ablllty of the audlt to detert fraud or breached of law or regulatlon
Owlng to the Inherent limitation5 of an audlt, there Is an unavoldable rlsk that we may not have detected some materlal mlstatements In
the financlal 5taternents, even though we have properly planned and performed our audlt In accordance wlth audltlng standards. For
example, the further removed non-compllance wlth laws and regulatlons Is from the event5 and transactlons reflected In the flnancial

In additlon , as wlth any audlt, there remalned a hlgher r15k of non-detettlon of fraud, as these may Involve colluslon, for8ery, Intentlonal
omlsslons, mlspresentatlons, or the overlde of Internal controls. Our audlt procedures are deslgned to detect materlal mSstatement. We
are not re5ponslble for preventlng non compllance or fraud and cannot be expected to detect non-compllance wlth all laws and regulatlon.
As part of an audlt In accordance wlth 15As IUKI, we exerclse professlonal judgment and malntaln professional sceptlcism throughout the

audit procedures responslve to those risks, and obtaln audit evidence that 15 sufficlent and approprlate to provlde a basls for our oplnlon.
The rlsk of not detectlng a materlal mlsstatement resultlng from fraud Ss hlgher than for one resulting from error, as fraud may involve
colluslon, forgery, Intentlonal omlsslons, mlsrepresentations, or the overrlde of Internal control.
Obtaln an under5tandlng of Internal control relevant to the audlt In order to deslgn audlt procedure5 that are approprlate In the
clrcumstances, but not for the purpose of expresslng an oplnlon on the effectlvene55 of the charitable company's Internal control,

obtained, whether a materlal uncertalnty exists related to event5 or conditlons that may cast slgnlficant doubt on the charitable company's
